Love hitting the trails with friends new and old, soaking up the scenery? Then join us for the Sussex Trail Runners Summer Camp at Upper Pasonage Farm, nestled amidst the beautiful landscapes near Butser Hill and Queen Elizabeth Country Park! This relaxed weekend getaway (July 19th - 21st) is designed for runners of all abilities. Get ready to explore stunning trails together, unwind with fellow enthusiasts, and refuel under the summer sky!

Arrive at the campsite on Friday evening and begin your weekend adventure under the warm glow of the setting sun.🤞 Set up camp and enjoy the surroundings of the South Downs.

Here's what awaits you throughout the weekend:

Saturday:

  • Kick-off the day with a guided Pilates session with Leanne Garner to get your body feeling great (perfect for those upcoming trails!).

  • Join a scenic 13-mile group trail run that winds through the breathtaking landscape, including a climb up invigorating Butser Hill! Explore hidden paths, soak in stunning views, and conquer this rewarding adventure at your own pace. Expert run leaders will be there to guide the way and answer any questions you have.

  • BBQ feast (including tasty vegan options) and drinks under the stars for a memorable social evening. Share stories, make new friends, and celebrate your achievements!

Sunday:

  • Start your day with another invigorating Pilates session to loosen up and prevent post-run soreness.

  • Enjoy a scenic 8-mile group trail run at a relaxed pace through the picturesque Queen Elizabeth Country Park. Take in the tranquillity of nature, unwind after a fun-filled Saturday, and discover the beauty of this local gem with your fellow runners.

We'll have experienced run leaders on hand to offer running tips and keep you motivated (if you want them!). Plus, there will be plenty of opportunities to relax, socialise, and soak up the good vibes throughout the weekend.
